FEASIBILITY STUDY

The High Point Systems Synthesis Project

During the fall of 2010, a group of 12 Heinz College 2nd-year graduate students researched and developed a comprehensive feasibility study of possibilities for actualizing the High Point Pittsburgh idea. After examining the problem and consulting with a wide variety of knowledgeable individuals both within CMU and the broader community, the group determined that while certainly a formidable challenge requiring considerable forward thinking, the creation of a publicly-accessible Pinnacle of Perspective for Pittsburgh is physically, financially, and civilly possible.
