Pittsburgh Gigapanorama II (assembled JPeg)

Although we have not been able to assemble the twelve sections of the second gigapanorama shoot into a single gigapan image, we have been able to join them together as a static image of enormous (2.7 gigabytes) dimensions, thanks to Paul Heckbert of Gigapan Systems and Naeem Martinez-White of CMU.  Here is a 1/100th scale reproduction of that image. It’s zoomable, although numerous anomalies will become visible, especially at the seams of the image.
